Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Pierre-Marc Cardinal (operator of Concierge&Go)(“Concierge&Go”, “we”). By using our website, Sofia, or any connected feature, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Concierge&Go provides Sofia, an AI marketing agent for restaurants. Sofia helps draft content, plan posts, and reply to reviews through messaging channels and connected platforms.

3. Your account

• You must be 18+ and authorized to act for your business.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• When you connect a third-party platform (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google), you authorize us to act on the connected account on your behalf, within the scopes you grant.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send spam, scams, or unlawful content.
• Violate the terms of any connected platform.
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate another business or person.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit or publish through Sofia. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service. AI- generated drafts are suggestions — you are responsible for what you publish.

6. Fees

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Third-party platforms

We are not affiliated with Meta, Google, Apple, or any messaging carrier. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or moderation decisions made by those platforms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Sofia’s output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
