1. Who we are
Concierge&Go (“we”, “us”) is operated by Pierre-Marc Cardinal (operator of Concierge&Go). We provide Sofia, an AI marketing agent that helps restaurants draft content, plan posts, and reply to reviews through messaging channels.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, business name, phone number, email.
- Messages you exchange with Sofia over SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, or our web demo.
- Connected account data when you link a platform (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile): profile info, pages you manage, posts, reviews, and metrics, limited to the scopes you authorize.
- Usage data — basic analytics, device type, and error logs needed to operate the service.
3. How we use information
- Operate Sofia and respond to your messages.
- Publish, schedule, or draft content on platforms you connect.
- Improve the product, debug issues, and prevent abuse.
- Send service-related communications.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the content of your messages or connected-account data to train third-party foundation models.
4. Sharing
We share data only with:
- Infrastructure providers that host the app and database.
- Messaging and AI providers needed to deliver Sofia (SMS/WhatsApp gateways, large language model providers).
- Platforms you connect (e.g. Meta, Google), under their own terms.
- Authorities when required by law.
5. Meta Platform data
When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we request only the permissions needed to perform the actions you ask Sofia to do (read your Pages, publish on your behalf, read insights, manage comments and reviews). You can revoke access at any time from your Facebook account settings, and we will delete the associated tokens.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational needs. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs). No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights & data deletion
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data — including data obtained from Facebook/Instagram — by emailing info@pmcardinal.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
Concierge&Go is not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
